To help maintain a trusted and secure community, Nomad Club uses Veriff to verify the identity of users. Verification information is processed securely and only for the purpose of confirming the authenticity of a user’s identity.

If you choose to upload a profile photo, it may be displayed to other users within the Platform according to your privacy settings. Users who do not upload a profile photo will not appear on the community map.

If you grant permission, the Platform may collect your device’s location to enable features such as the community map and nearby user discovery. You remain in full control of your location permissions and may choose whether to share your precise location, approximate location, or not share your location at all through your device settings.

Use of Collected Information

Our website and mobile application use the information to provide the best possible service, particularly to maintain a record of users and orders where applicable, and to improve our products and services. Periodic emails with special offers, new products, and other advertising information that we consider relevant to you or that may provide you with benefits may be sent through our Platform. Control of Your Personal Information

You may permanently delete your Nomad Club account at any time directly from your profile within the mobile application. Once your deletion request has been processed, your account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted, except where we are legally required to retain certain information to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our legal obligations.

If a user has not accessed the Nomad Club mobile application for a continuous period of 12 months, their account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted. Before the deletion takes place, the user will receive a push notification informing them of the upcoming deletion and providing the opportunity to sign in again and keep the account active. However, certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with our legal obligations.

This company will not sell, transfer, or distribute collected personal information without your consent, except as required by law or pursuant to a valid court order.

Data Retention

Nomad Club retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

As described above, if a user does not access the Nomad Club mobile application for a continuous period of 12 months, the user’s account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted after a prior push notification informing the user of the upcoming deletion and providing the opportunity to keep the account active by signing in again.
