Terms of use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and GLOBALUX LLC, with registered address at 5830 E 2ND ST, STE 7000 #19609 Casper, WY 82609 and contact email info@nomadclub.global (collectively, “Nomad Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Nomad Club mobile app and related websites (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. WHO CAN USE NOMAD CLUB

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with local laws and for all activity on your account. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You may not share your account or impersonate another person or organization.

2. WHAT NOMAD CLUB IS
Nomad Club helps people who work online connect with like-minded individuals, form groups, join or host meetups, and share knowledge. Nomad Club is not a jobs marketplace and is not a dating service. Some features are available only to PRO subscribers.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
3.1 PRO plan. Nomad Club offers a recurring subscription (“PRO”) at $2.99 per month or local equivalent. Prices may vary by region and taxes.
3.2 Where you buy. If you subscribe on iOS, your purchase is processed by Apple. If you subscribe on Android, your purchase is processed by Google. Store terms, taxes, and refund policies apply.
3.3 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel on iOS: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Nomad Club. To cancel on Android: open Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Nomad Club. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
3.4 Trials and promos. Free trials or discounted introductory periods may be offered from time to time. Eligibility is limited to one per Apple or Google account unless we say otherwise. When a trial ends, the subscription renews at the regular price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
3.5 Changes. We may change subscription prices or features with prior notice where required. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
3.6 Refunds. Refunds for purchases made via Apple or Google are handled by those stores according to their policies. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, see Google Play refund policies. We cannot issue store refunds directly.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To keep the community safe and useful, you agree not to:
* break any law, infringe any rights, or encourage others to do so
* harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
* post or share illegal, pornographic, hateful, or violent content
* spam, advertise aggressively, or scrape data
* misrepresent your identity or your affiliation
* share private information of others without consent
* attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
* use the Service to offer employment, gigs, or paid tasks, or to solicit funds, unless we explicitly allow it in writing

We may moderate, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. IN-PERSON MEETUPS AND SAFETY
Members can join or host meetups at their own risk. Nomad Club does not organize, supervise, vet, or insure meetups or venues and cannot guarantee the conduct or identity of participants. When attending or hosting, you agree to:
* take reasonable precautions, meet in public places, and follow local laws
* be respectful, sober, and considerate of the venue and other attendees
* accept all risks related to travel, activities, health, and property
Hosts are solely responsible for any permits, capacity limits, and safety measures required by local law.
 
6. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

You own the content you create and post (“User Content”). To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service, including for promotion of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights to the content you post. We may remove or refuse any content at our discretion.

7. IP AND COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content infringes your rights, email info@nomadclub.global with details and sufficient proof of ownership. We may remove content and, if appropriate, disable repeat infringers.

8. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.nomadclub.global/privacy-policy/. Some features (for example, “members nearby” or meetups by city) may ask for location access. You can control permissions in your device settings, but some features may not work without them.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, maps, analytics, login). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, the rights granted to you end immediately. Sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

11. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. We do not control or endorse any User Content or third-party services.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBALUX LLC and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GLOBALUX LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Madrid will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you reside elsewhere, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence still apply. Consumers in the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

15. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms we present for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and GLOBALUX LLC and supersede any prior agreements. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. No waiver is a continuing waiver.
